Our Mission
Across multiple localities, provide high quality learning environment which offer relevant focused vocational training; and personal skills development to enable our students to gain suitable employment in targeted, local industries.
By one estimate, which may be optimistic, only 20% of job-seekers have had any sort of vocational training. If India cannot find employment for this lot, poverty will not be reduced and India may face serious instability. While India has large young population, only 5% of the Indian labour force in the age group of 20-24 years has obtained vocational skills through formal means whereas the percentage in industrialized countries varies between 60% and 96%. The vocational education stream is quite small enrolling less than three percent of students at the upper secondary level.
