Vatsalya has been actively implementing ground-level health projects for vulnerable communities, with the prime focus being on two areas: 

• Early childhood and mother well-being and healthcare (Rural, Tribal and Slums)

• HIV aids awareness and remedies for the Indian trucking community

Based on these two areas, many past nationwide projects have also been implemented.
